Jackson Hole Airport can be reached by several daily flights. A rental car will allow you to enjoy the many sights and activities. Car rental agencies located in the airport include Hertz, Alamo, Budget, and Avis. Ground transportation options include Alltrans 307-733-3135, and Cowboy Cab 307-734-8188. Teton Village is approximately a 25-minute drive from the airport.

All meeting attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations. Rooms are on a first come, first served basis. Please secure your hotel before Friday, April 22, 2011.  After that time, rooms may be reserved on an availability basis at the prevailing hotel rate.

When contacting hotels for room reservations, identify yourself as attending the Cerebrovascular Complications Conference in order to receive discounted rates. Discounted rates are not available for reservations made online.

Group room rate is $395 per night plus fees. Fees include 6% occupancy fee and 8% tax.

A 50% deposit of room, resort fees, and taxes is required at the time of booking. On April 23, 2011 the remaining balance will be applied to your credit card. Reservations made after April 23, 2011 will require a full deposit. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations after April 23, 2011.

Group room rate is $249 per night plus fees. Fees include 6% lodge service fee and 8% tax.

Deposit of first & last night room and taxes required at time of booking. Thirty days prior to the conference, any remaining balance, including taxes and resort fees, will be charged to the individual’s credit card. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations after May 23, 2011.
